Are you interested in art, and kayaking, and are concerned about the creatures that inhabit our waterfront? Join artist DB Lampman and Kayak Staten Island for a unique performance and paddling opportunity at Buono Beach at the Alice Austen House. Guests will view short performances by DB Lampman entitled "Waterfowl," followed by public kayaking (ages 12 and up) and a chance to make your own art. DB Lampman's performances will be at 10:15am and 11:45am with public paddling from 9am - 12pm. Please wear clothes and shoes you do not mind getting wet—synthetics are best. Come connect with neighbors—human, avian, and sea-dwelling—and to the water through art and direct experience.
