On Saturday, July 16, the Metropolitan Waterfront Alliance's 4th Annual City of Water Day Festival will draw over 15,000 people to Governors Island (NYC), Liberty State Park (Jersey City), and locations throughout the harbor to celebrate the region's waterfront and its world-class potential.
